Medical/Legal Appointment Surveillance - $235.00

We will conduct surveillance starting either at the claimant’s residence or at the site of the appointment. Video of the claimant will be taken at the appointment location and afterwards and offers the opportunity to see if the claimant exhibits similar bodily movements throughout. Can also help insure the proper identity of the claimant, establish possible employment and verify other information. Flat rate includes all time, mileage, video costs and report.

Comprehensive Activity Check - $195.00

For less than the cost of three surveillance hours, we will perform the following:

• Verify Address of Claimant
• Check for any and all Alias Names and verify Social Security Number
• Locate Prior 10 Years of Residency
• Determine Property Ownership in up to Four Counties Nationwide
• Check for any Business Licenses
• Check for all Court Records in up to Four Counties Nationwide
• Search for Memberships in Groups or Associations
• Locate Recreational Vehicles, Boats and Airplanes
• Provide Photograph of Primary Residence
• Determine Claimant’s Reported Activities
• Conduct 4 Hours of Morning Surveillance, Including Videotape
• Claimant Interview
